5-215 Agent 4-Hour Law & Ethics Course Xl (2023-24) (Mandatory)

This, our eleventh, mandatory Life, Health, & Variable Annuity course for (Law & Ethics Update), will introduce and/or familiarize producers with the various departments in Florida and their administrative roles.
Care should always be taken when commerce is conducted in a fiduciary capacity and the responsibilities thereof.
As you will see, there are various departments and their roles and duties are often blurred at best to the producer and it is the state's opinion that these responsibilities are offered as continuing education to every licensed agent.
